Week 23 - Nanchun
Workout Log
The weather was cool for June. I don’t think I went outside much around this time last year because it was so hot. Starting this Friday, I suddenly came down with an upset stomach, so I took it easy on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, when it first hit, I spent the whole day in complete agony. On Sunday, I was able to move around a bit, so I went for a run.
It doesn’t seem like I’m that sick, but this is the first time I’ve had such a severe stomach bug, so I was a bit flustered. Even now, as I’m writing this, I’m still feeling a little pain. I hope I get better soon. Being sick really isn’t fun. Health is the best.
Stranger Things
While I was sick and lying in bed on Saturday and Sunday, I watched a lot of Stranger Things on Netflix. There are plenty of dramas out there, but right now, nothing else really suits my taste. Though I guess watching too much of it is a problem in itself.
If you’re looking for a show to watch these days or need something to keep you company while eating, I recommend Stranger Things. Hmm… Come to think of it, I wouldn’t recommend watching it while eating if you have a weak stomach. There are so many bizarre scenes. If you can handle that, it should be fine.
Also, I just found out that if you type “Stranger Things” into Google, a die appears below the search bar. If you click it, the entire search bar flips upside down. It’s a fun Google Easter egg.
Late Spring
Spring seems to have passed, but since it still feels like the tail end of spring, I decided to use this title. These days are truly dizzying. I really can’t tell how things will unfold from here. It’s not like things were any different before, but right now, I’m even more at a loss. Where will I drift? Where will the ground beneath my feet lead me?
Still, I have to move forward somewhere—I need to find my direction!
